Owner Reference: BR-10-1906-CxA

Bid Date: 10/08/2019 at 02:00PM

This project will relocate the current anatomy lab facility (located in UGA Building 1066) to space in the former large animal teaching hospital (the northeastern end of building 1070). Life Safety and ADA accessibility issues should also be addressed as part of this project. Renovation will include a complete update of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, a new mechanical room, roof replacement, exterior envelope upgrades (re-glazing of existing sky lights), and hazardous material abatement as necessary. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
