This work consists of a complete re-roofing and exterior paint of approximately 66 Bldgs. The Scope of work includes the complete removal of all existing roofs components down to the existing deck, shingles re-roofing, and the replacement of all existing roofs metal-flashings (26 gauge) and existing vents at all indicated sixty six (66) residential dwellings, including roofs’ asbestos containing materials, if founded. When re-roofing, any existing fascia, soffits, overhang metal screen vents, roofs’ adjacent stucco finished surfaces, and any roof’s overhang are to be renovated to match existing including repair, patch, seal, caulk, stucco, and paint. When re-roofing, any existing roofs’ deck/trusses work and any roofs’ gutters/downspouts replacement must be done to match existing and only when damaged or missing.
