The work generally consists of the installation of Portland Cement Concrete sidewalk, curb & gutter, driveway, ADA curb ramps, cross gutter aprons and associated street pavement. Cash, a certified check of bank draft, payable to the order of City of Napa, negotiable U.S Government bonds or a satisfactory bid bond executed by you and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to ten percent(10%) of the total bid must be submitted with each bid.
