A fully functional Accent Landscape Lighting System and placing Median Landscaping with a fully functional Irrigation System, and all miscellaneous construction items required to complete the work in accordance with the plans and specifications and as directed by the Capital Improvement Department.The work includes, but is not limited to, mobilization, implementing SWPPP elements, placing traffic control, demolition, placing all roadway lighting elements, excavation, placing pole foundations, trenching and boring, conduit, conductors, ground boxes, poles, luminaires, electrical hardware, and all miscellaneous construction items required to complete the work. The Median Landscaping work consists of placing all trees, shrubs, rock aggregate, boulders, irrigation lines, valves, meters, backflows, ground boxes, weed barrier fabric, and all miscellaneous construction items required to complete the work. Q&A due by 02/19/20. Bonds required. Prevailing wages. HUB goals.
