Scope consists of replacing the existing low voltage substation located in the North Substation building with a new owner-furnished, contractor installed Eaton 3200 amp, 480Y/277, 3 phase, 4 wire double-ended low voltage substation. Provide temporary feeder connection to re-reed existing switchboard MN leads to allow for demolition of existing switchboard. Extend and reconnect existing load feeders to new switchboard; install owner-furnished automatic transfer switch and provide feeds to transfer switch to serve the existing and recently completed North Garage. Remove existing temporary feeder from the VPCB Building to North Garage after permanent power feeders is installed. Temporarily enlarge existing door opening and door to existing North Substation building to allow ingress of new Switchboard MN and then restore opening and door back to its original condition. Patch & restore exterior surfaces and penetrations. And all other items per plans & specs. 120 calendar days.
