The project shall include the demolition of the existing lift station dry pit and modification of the existing wet well. Work will also include the construction of a new concrete wet well and dry pit, and the construction of a CMU control and generator building. New horizontal centrifugal pumps will be installed in the new dry pit. The work includes the construction of a new valve vault and new force main connection to the existing force main. The project shall also include bypass pumping, the installation of electrical and controls, the relocation of the existing standby generator; the relocation of the electrical service and site work, including asphalt resurfacing and fencing; and all related work for a complete and operable system. 240 working days.
