The Town requires repair and painting of the walls and some ceilings in the police department. Paint colors will be selected by the Chief of Police or his designee and shall not exceed two colors total for all areas of the department. Work will include: Any required surface preparation to include: sanding, repair of damaged areas of existing sheetrock and any other imperfections to include application of stain block in required areas. Removal and disposal of any materials and debris. Removal and replacement of all furniture required. All necessary materials required for removal, clean up and installation.
