General description of the project includes: 1. Supply of Materials only for the following: • Structural Steel Shop drawings, submittals, columns, beams, girts, purlins, bar joist, fasteners and decking. See plans and specifications 2. Supply of labor, equipment with miscellaneous materials for the following: • Structural Steel Erection This scope of work includes erection of the structural steel above and the following materials, welding rod and powder actuated fasteners. See plans and specification 3. Supply of Material, Labor and Equipment for installation of the Following: • Insulated Metal Panels scope of work includes: Shop drawings, submittals. Install (5) 3' x 7' In-fitted freezer and cooler doors, install (2) new owner provided hollow metal door, Dock door blocking and trim (dock & freezer doors by others), Roof-to-IMP wall tie-in (roofing work by others), All Insulated Metal Panels 4" R 33 & 5" R41. 4. Supply of Material, Labor and Equipment for the installation of the Following: • Membrane Roof Assembly with 10-year warranty scope of work includes Shop drawings & submittals, mechanically attached 45 Mil TPO or approved Equal, 2 layers of 4" Standard insulation at all roof areas, 24-gauge metal downspouts and metal flashings
