TFC is seeking bids for the removal and replacement of all existing warehouse lighting and control at the following two locations: 2826 North Beach Street, Haltom, TX 76111 and 2013 Ackerman Road, San Antonio, TX 78219. In addition to this primary scope each site will have additional base bid scope and alternates, refer to Attachment E – Project Manual & Attachment F – Project Drawings for exact scope at each site. This service shall begin within thirty (30) days after award and shall be completed no later than 2 months from the start date. Questions due by May 10th @ 12:00 PM. HUB Subcontracting Plan required. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
