Provide waste removal and recycling services in accordance with the specifications and frequency detailed in the Price Schedule for a period of one (1) year from bid award. Dumping practices, garbage handling and recycling must comply with Federal, State and Local laws and regulations that apply for disposal of garbage and waste and recycling. The School District will paint, lubricate and perform minor repairs to containers owned by the School District. Successful Bidder will be responsible to repair damage caused by rough or abusive use of the containers. The Successful Bidder will reimburse the School District for the cost to replace or repair containers damaged by the Successful Bidder.
