This project consists of replacement and upgrades to the City’s Waste Water Pump Stations at Pine Street, Meyer Avenue and Cedar Avenue and related work. This project is subject to General Municipal Law, 101 -Wicks Law. Each bidder must deposit with his/her bid, security in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid in the form of a certified check made payable to the City of Poughkeepsie or a bid bond subject to the conditions of this proposal. This project encourage MBE/WBE participation.
