The intent of this solicitation is to enter into a three year (3) agreement with one or more vendors for as-needed emergency and non-emergency wastewater retrieval and sludge truck hauling. The awarded vendor will be responsible for proper loading and hauling of domestic wastewater residuals between pump stations, manholes, and wastewater facilities on an as-needed or emergency basis. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
