The Panama City Highway 390 Water and Wastewater Relocation – Dash 2 Project includes relocation of the City-owned utilities that will be in conflict with the proposed improvements for the FDOT Highway 390 Widening Project – Dash 2. The project will include the relocation/replacement of an existing 8 inch potable water main with approximately 18,500 LF of 12”, 8” & 6” water mains, 32 fire hydrants assemblies, valves and approximately 50 existing water services, with up to 40 potential new connections to the back of the proposed new right of way. Also included in the project is the relocation of existing 12” & 8 force mains, with approximately 20,000 LF of 12” – 24” force main to deliver flow from the 390 corridor to the new St. Andrews WWTF.
