The Water Booster Station project consists of removal of existing pump station and construction of new Water Booster Station 1C, located at 701 Scout Drive, including but not limited to furnishings and installation of vertical turbine pumps, yard piping and appurtenances, pump control valves, isolation valves, flowmeters, emergency generator, suction and discharge headers, pump station piping and appurtenances, connections to existing facilities, electrical and control building, electrical and instrumentation, SCADA, chain link fence and gates, gravel and asphalt concrete paving, pipe corrosion protection system, storm drain improvements, shade structure. CMU retaining/screen wall. The Tank Rehabilitation project consists of maintenance and repair work on a single one-million gallon steel tank potable water reservoir, identified as s-1C-24 and located at 701 Scout Drive, including the following items: sandblast and re-coat of interior walls, floor, columns, plate and roof; weld shoring of center column, removal and replacement of internal cathodic protection system; fabrication and installation of roof vent and shell manhole; remove and replacement; tank floor foundation repair; remove, recoat and reinstall existing steel retaining ring; enlarge roof manhole; removal of exterior ladder safety cage with replacement of ladder, safety climb device with ladder door lock, removal of interior ladder; and spot repair of exterior coating. 300 calendar days
