The Village of Croton-on-Hudson (the “Village”) wishes perform improvements to the existing water infrastructure in the Cleveland Drive and Old Post Road North areas. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a bank check or bid bond (the “Bid Security”) in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid (the “Contract Amount”), payable without condition to the Village of Croton-on-Hudson. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
