Ersa Grae on behalf of Harris County MUD No. 441 is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide the construction of one (1) 428,000-gallon welded steel ground storage tank with foundation; one (1) 600 gpm gravel packed well with foundation; three (3) 800 gpm vertical turbine booster pumps with foundations; one (1) 15,000-gallon welded steel hydropneumatic tank with foundation; one (1) 450-kW diesel generator with sound attenuated enclosure, fuel tank, and foundation; a temporary all-weather access road, driveway, and low-water crossing fill; split-faced concrete masonry unit (CMU) control and chemical feed building with foundation; disinfection equipment with chemical injection lines; plant piping; electrical, instruments, and control work including service; protective coatings; concrete pavement and sidewalks; fence and gate; site grading, channel modifications, drainage swales and slope paving; hydro-mulch seeding; temporary fencing; and all additional items shown on the construction plans or needed for a the completely functional water plant and drainage channel. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
