Engineers licensed to practice in the State of New York are hereby requested to submit qualification packages for the engineering, design and services in connection with the pigging and inspection of a 12”, 15 mile long water transmission line. The Joint Utility Board seeks assistance in developing and implementing a plan for successfully pigging and inspecting the 15 mile water transmission line and in hiring a competent contractor to perform the work. The entire length of the line was last pigged in 1998.
