The purpose of this bid is to secure Water Treatment Service for an annual service contract to provide said services on the main Toms River Campus. Contractors shall furnish their own tools and equipment to complete projects. Ocean County College may provide materials for projects. Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and other incidentals required and/or implied for the complete and satisfactory performance for Water Treatment Services on a scheduled basis as determined by Ocean County College. This work shall include the supply and application of water treatment chemicals for the boiler water, chilled water and cooling tower systems, and Glycol systems. The Contractor is responsible for maintaining all chemical levels applicable to all equipment listed in this RFP. The cost of materials/chemicals are to be included in the annual pricing
