The Technical College System of Georgia is soliciting bids on behalf of Coastal Pines Technical College (CPTC) for one qualified contractor that can provide renovation services for their Waycross Campus Auditorium. Each bid must be accompanied with a bid bond in an amount equal to 5% of the base bid, payable to the Owner, Coastal Pines Technical College, in order to guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a contract to construct the project strictly in compliance with the Bidding Documents. Bid Bonds should be furnished on forms accepted as standard by the insurance industry. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
