The Utah Division of Facilities Construction and Management is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide MEP upgrades including removing and replacing walls and ceilings that have been abated and need to be replaced. Construction of project may start February 17, 2020. Long lead time items need to be ordered early. The HVAC system shall be removed and replace with water cooled VRF. The existing medium pressure ductwork shall remain as shown to be used for outside air. The lighting shall be replaced, a new MDP, and power for new mechanical equipment. Fire sprinklers shall be added throughout the building. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
