The Scope of Work includes but is not limited to: Approximately 2,600 lineal feet of improvements along SR1431 (Weddington Road), new signalized intersection @ main school entrance, grading and erosion control, storm water, utility relocation, asphalt milling, curb and gutter, sidewalks, landscaping, and new asphalt work and associated striping All bidders are notified that the provisions of NCGS 143-128 and 143-129, including guidelines for minority business enterprise participation (143-128.2) shall be observed in letting and executing the work. A Performance Bond and separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in the full amount of the contract, shall be submitted prior to executing the work.
