This project will consist of work as described below: Includes filling a 1,055 linear foot sidewalk gap on the north side of West Broad Street from 2330 West Broad Street to the Athens Business Center, installation of pedestrian refuge at the driveway for Athens Business Center, and installation of 26 ADA ramps. An original Bid Bond for 5% of the total bid must be submitted with the bid. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required if contract is awarded. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
