Binghamton University is seeking a qualified contractor to renovate the office suite and study area of the ground floor student resource center located in the West Gym. The scope is to refresh the existing study hall with new carpet and wall finishes. The office suite will be modified by creating a new entry while enlarging the common "Quite Study" area by eliminating two offices. The entire common area will receive new ceiling assembly, lighting, wall finishes and flooring.
