The procurement is for and part of theTCPUD's West Lake Tahoe Regional Water Treatment Plant Project (Project); the procurement consists of all labor, material, tools, equipment and incidentals necessary to complete the UV Disinfection System Equipment Procurement, as detailed in the following three phases of work. • Phase 1: UV Disinfection System Equipment ("Equipment") Design; • Phase 2: Equipment Fabrication, Delivery, Field Services, and Training: and • Phase 3: Multi-year Equipment Warranty. This procurement and the Project are subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR), in accordance with the State of California Labor Code (Labor Code) Section 1770, et seq.
