Qualifying project means 1) an equestrian facility project that included prefabricated structures, underground utilities, earthwork and grading, paving, and stormwater management devices or 2) A facility project that included prefabricated structures, underground utilities, earthwork and grading, paving, and stormwater management devices. All information will be verified by the County. CBE/DBE participation required.
