Willard Bay State Park at the Cabins within the Cottonwood Campground.
The Utah Division of Purchasing on behalf of the Division of Parks and Recreation is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide a drive-through Christmas lights display with music at Willard Bay State Park. Offerors are to propose as many displays and lights as possible within the budget amounts identified in the RFP. The resulting contract will be for providing the displays, setting up the displays and music, and maintaining the displays and music only. It is anticipated this IFB may result in a contract award to a single contractor. The anticipated term of this contract is five years.
