The scope of work for this project involves replacing two existing cabinet unit heaters located in the Wilsbach Hall vestibules, including removing the metal panel ceilings, heating equipment, piping, duct-work, and accessories, and installing new equipment, duct-work, piping, suspended grid ceilings, registers, and re-connection to existing control devices. The project also includes the installation of a new cabinet unit heater, including routing new piping up through the building, and installation of new duct-work, grilles, fire dampers, and control devices. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid.
