Wood Street Public Safety Facility site, 620 SW Wood St, Hillsboro, OR 97123.
The City of Hillsboro seeks sealed bids from qualified firms able to provide construction services including grading, drainage, paving, landscaping, site lighting, site utilities, and installation of a prefabricated fire training appurtenance (burn-tower). Proposed site improvements include approximately 7,267 square yards of 7.5” thick Portland cement concrete, 10,620 square yards of asphalt concrete paving, 820 linear feet of curb, 935 linear feet of 6’ tall chain-link fence, 658 linear feet of storm sewer main, and 870 linear feet of fire main. The fire training appurtenance consists of a structure with exterior dimensions of approximately 22’ wide and 73’ long overall with varying roof heights. The appurtenance will have three sections; a four-story section, a two-story residential/industrial section, and a one-story annex burn room section.
