The Contractor shall provide the necessary personnel, material, equipment, supplies, transportation and services to do all items necessary for the complete rehabilitation and trenchless reconstruction of the City’s underground sanitary sewer system including pre and post TV inspection, cleaning, pumping and maintenance of traffic. The system includes underground gravity mains, service laterals and the removal of protruding laterals (hammer taps). This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
