The purpose of this SRTA to solicit bids who are pre-qualified by the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) for construction work of a new Xpress Hickory Grove Park and Ride Lot facility at a new location in Cobb County.Bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. (ET), on August 19, 2019. SRTA reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and shall be the sole purchasing entity for this solicitation.
