Augusta is in need of a vendor to provide removal of yard and bulky debris that is over 10 cubic yards per parcel, which is not compliant with the Collection Agreements and is not required to be removed by the regular weekly haulers. Augusta is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the removal and disposal of out-of compliance yard and bulky debris from county right-of-ways, public properties, and private properties. In addition, Augusta is also seeking storm debris removal and disposal services. All material will be transported to the Designated Disposal Facility for disposal. The Contractor shall provide yard and bulky debris removal and disposal from the Augusta right of ways, private, and public properties at the request of Augusta. This debris is out-of-compliance (over 10 cubic yards per parcel) with the removal provisions of the current Solid Waste and Recyclables Collection Agreements, illegally dumped, or other collections as designated by Augusta. Out-of-Compliance debris that is within the scope includes, but is not limited to: Yard debris: tree sections, limbs, brush, bushes, shrubs, vines, leaves, pine straw, etc. Bulky debris: household items, furniture, mattresses, appliances, white goods, etc. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
