We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Project scope consists of but is not limited to the following:  demolition of the existing five portables and replace with six refurbished portables with five on concrete foundations and the sixth on a wood foundation. Modification to new portables includes connecting doors between portables, new interior walls, and new interior finishes.  Work includes associated site work. (Portables have already been purchased by the district).  Delivery of portables coordination will be the general contractors responsibility.

Please send all bid requests or questions to matthew.anderson@buhlercommercial.com NO LATER THAN 10/15/24 11AM in order for proper review.  Project is subject to a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) that all subcontractors must agree to follow if awarded this project.  Buhler Commercial will require subcontractor payment and performance bonds for any contracts over $300,000.
