Innovative Construction Solutions is seeking qualified DBE, MBEs, WBEs, SBEs, USEPA, SBA, DOTs and invites you to bid on the following contract.

 

PROJECT NAME: City of Banning, M-12A WELL SITE EQUIPPING AND IMPROVEMENTS

PROJECT LOCATION: 3750 W Westward Ave, Banning CA 92220

We are seeking quotes for construction, supplies, materials, equipment, and services (business services, professional services, etc) for the subject project. 

 

Project Scope: The work generally includes, but is not limited to construction of the following:

1. Demolition of existing equipment and facilities per the project drawings.

2. Grading and paving existing M12A well site per the project drawings.

3. Construction of new well building per the project drawings.

4. Equipping new M12A well with mechanical equipment, instrumentation, piping, and appurtenances per the project drawings.

5. Providing electrical power and control to new equipment and other improvements per the project drawings.

 

The selected contractor & its sub-contractors shall comply with California prevailing wage requirements. All Contractors and sub-contractors shall also comply with the guidelines as outlined in the Code of Federal Regulations Grant document that can be attained via email.

 

Bonds for work performed will be required in the amount of 10%. General Lability Insurance shall be

$2,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury, personal injury and property damage. Automobile Insurance coverage shall be $1,000,000 per accident for bodily injury and property damage. (3) Workers compensation and Employer’s  Liability. Workers’ compensation limits as required by the Labor Code of the State of California. Employees Liability limits of $1,000,000 per accident for bodily injury or disease.
