Traffic & Pedestrian Control, Temporary Water Supply, Construction/Progress Schedule, Quality Control/Quality Assurance Program, ESCAPE Plan (Preparation, Implementation, Maintenance), CloudCompli Stormwater Reporting Software, Remove PCC Sidewalk & AB Material, Remove Ground Cover, Remove & Salvage Bus Stop Sign from Street Light/Traffic Pole, Remove & Dispose Bus Stop Post, Salvage Existing Bus Stop Sign, Remove Concrete Curb, Furnish & Install Bus Stop Sign Post and Bus Stop Sign, Construct PCC Sidewalk, Class II Aggregate Base, Construct Concrete Retaining Curb & Base, Protect Tree Well and Tree, Paint Red Curb, Protect and Adjust Utility Box to Finish Grade, and All Material Suppliers.

A 100% payment bond and performance bond will be required. Vanguard will pay bond premium up to 2%. Subcontractors must possess a current contractors license, insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting the owners requirements and will be required to sign the standard FBD Vanguard Construction, Inc. subcontract agreement.
