PROJECT LOCATION: Yorba Linda, CA

We are seeking quotes for construction supplies, materials, equipment, and services in addition to quotes from qualified subcontractors for the subject project. 

 

Scope of Services

The work consists of rehabilitation of the fluorosilicic acid (FSA) tank farm, which includes demolition of the existing FSA tank farm and canopy structure, construction of a new FSA tank farm and new canopy, abatement and removal of lead and asbestos containing materials, construction of a temporary FSA chemical feed system, and all appurtenant work as specified and shown on the drawings.

 

This project is subject to a Project Labor Agreement (PLA). The selected contractor & its sub-contractors shall comply with California prevailing wage requirements.

 

Small Business Enterprises (SBEs) and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBE) are highly encouraged to provide proposals as this project has a 25% minimum SBE/DVBE participation.

 

Bonds and insurance requirements are specified in the project documents.
