Construction survey; monument preservation; traffic control; SWPPP; concrete demolition; off-haul and disposal; clearing and grubbing; tree removal; earthwork; grading; landscape work; irrigation; hot mix asphalt; concrete work; cold plane asphalt concrete; structural concrete; underground utilities; driveway unit pavers; signage; traffic marking/striping; roadside signage; curb painting; electrical work; and plant establishment.

Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) are strongly encouraged to participate in this Bid. All subcontractors are required to provide their current DIR registration number and their current California Contractors license number. Truckers will be required to provide their current DIR registration and their current DMV Motor Carrier CA number. Payment & performance Bonds may be required. Bonding Assistance is available.
