All DBE’s providing quotes on this project must be certified in a NAICS code applicable to the kind of work quoting on this project. Please make sure to include NAICS code(s) & description(s) on all bids/quotes/proposals and to provide written confirmation on company letterhead that the DBE is participating in the contract as per Bid Documents Section 00801-DBE Contract Goal. Requirements: Brosamer & Wall, Inc. will work with interested subcontractors/suppliers to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages to facilitate DBE. Brosamer & Wall, Inc. is a union signatory contractor. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, insurance coverage, valid DBE certification, DIR (Department of Industrial Relations) registration number for public work projects, and worker’s compensation for the entire length of the contract. All subcontractors will be required to sign our standard Subcontract Agreement. 100% payment and performance bonds may be required.
