Trades seeking: Masonry, Structural Steel, Architectural Wood Casework, Roofing, Rolling Fire Counter Doors, Glass Glazing, Ceramic Tile, Acoustical Panel Ceilings, Epoxy Flooring, Painting, Toilet Partitions, Projection Screens & Projectors Support Systems, Play Structure, Stage Equipment, Window Shades, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Voice and Data, Fire Alarm, Fencing and Hazardous Materials Remediation. Suppliers: Concrete, Rebar, Wood Doors, FRP/ Aluminum Hybrid Door, Access Doors, Door Hardware, Marker Boards, Tack Board, Signage, Toilet Accessories and Fire Extinguishers.

Pre-Qualification: All Bidders are hereby notified that this Project is subject to the District’s Pre-Qualification Procedure. All General Contractors and Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Subcontractors must be prequalified in order to bid on this project. No bids will be received or opened from Bidders who have not been pre-qualified through the District’s Pre-Qualification Procedure. All Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Subcontractors listed by Bidders in Section 00455 (Designated Subcontractor List) must be pre-qualified through the District’s Pre-Qualification Procedure (including C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20. C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and C-46). A bid will be non-responsive if any Mechanical, Electrical, and/or Plumbing Subcontractors are submitted that have not been pre-qualified through the District’s Pre-Qualification Procedure.
