Seeking All DBE Subcontractors/Suppliers needed for, including but not limited to: CONSTRUCTION AREA SIGNS; TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM| TRAFFIC FLAGGERS; PLANE ASPHALT CONCRETE; CLEARING & GRUBBING; MINOR CONCRETE STRUCTURE; ROADSIDE SIGN; PLASTIC PIPE; CONCRETE CURB & SIDEWALK – MISC.; SAWCUTTING; FENCING; PAINTED TRAFFIC STRIPING & MARKING; LAND SURVEYOR; SWPPP PLANNING; STREET SWEEPING TRUCK; DEMOLITION; OIL ASPHALT SUPPLIER; ASPHALT OIL TANKERS; UNDERGROUND; or any item of work or material you are qualified to perform or furnish.

Plans and specifications may be viewed in our office or at your local Builders Exchange. Printed copies of the plans are available at the City of Merced at 678 W. 18th Street Merced, CA 95341, (209) 388-8708. Digital copies of the plans and specifications may be obtained from the City of Merced Engineering Department by sending an email to Amber Minami at MinamiA@Cityofmerced.org for a fee of $50.00.

GEORGE REED, INC. is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, and Cement Masons Unions. 100% Performance and Payment Bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. GEORGE REED, INC. will pay bond premium up to 2%. Subcontractor must possess current insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting Owner’s and GRI’s insurance requirements. Insurance waiver of subrogation is also required. Please call if you need assistance with bonding, lines of credit, insurance, obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials, or any related services; or assistance with breaking down items into economically feasible units or establishing flexible time frames for performance and delivery schedules to encourage or facilitate your participation.
