Trucking, Street Sweeping, Equipment Rental, Lead Compliance Plan, Construction Area Signs, Traffic Control System, Temp Railing (Type K), Prepare Water Pollution Control Program (SWPP), Temp Drainage Inlet Protection, Temp Fiber Roll, Temp Construction Entrance, Temp Concrete Washout, Treated Wood Waste, Roadway Excavation, Embankment, Roadside Clearing, Hydromulch, Hydroseed, Permanent Erosion Control Establishment Work, Class 3 Aggregate Base (CY), Lean Concrete Base Rapid Setting, Remove Asphalt Concrete Pavement (CY), Jointed Plain Concrete Pavement (RSC), Chain Link Fence (Type CL-6), Guard Railing delineator, Midwest Guardrail System (Wood Post), Concrete Barrier (Type K), Transition Railing (Type WB-31), Alternative In-Line Terminal System, Remove Guardrail, Remove Concrete Barrier (Type K), Maintain Existing Traffic Management System Elements During Construction, Temp Camera Systems, Modifying Ramp Metering Systems and Modifying Camera Systems.

JMECI is signatory to Laborers and Carpenters Unions. In order to completely evaluate your quote, submit quotes to JMECI within a reasonable time prior to the bid date. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR number must be included in all quotes) as required by Public Contract Code Section 1725.5; provide General Liability, Auto and Worker's Compensation Insurance meeting JMECI's minimum requirements and will be required to sign a Subcontract Agreement and/or Purchase Order if necessary. This is a Prevailing Wage Contract. 100% Performance and Payment Bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. JMECI will provide assistance in Bonding, Line of Credit, Insurance, Equipment, Supplies and materials if necessary to all qualified subcontractors. JMECI will work with interested subcontractors/vendors/suppliers to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages. JMECI intends to work cooperatively with all qualified firms seeking work on this project.
