We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Demolition, Fire Alarm trades. The Project is generally described as: Provision of equipment, devices, appliances, accessories, design, installation and testing of a complete new fire alarm system as defined in drawings and specifications by William Duff Architects and their consulting engineers, Johnson Controls Inc. dated 01/26/2020 and any such subsequent addendums and instructions. The area of work will be occupied during the construction phase and work hours will be constrained by the user group as further described. The project has been approved by SFDBI. Remove existing fire alarm system upon completion and acceptance of the new fire alarm system. The estimated construction value of the Work is between $350,000 -$550,000.
