Road and Highway Builders (RHB) is requesting quotes from DBE Certified firms for all items including, but not limited to: LEAD COMPLIANCE PLAN, PROGRESS SCHEDULE, CONSTRUCTION AREA SIGN, TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM, TYPE III BARRICADE, TEMPORARY PAVEMENT MARKING (PAINT), TEMPORARY TRAFFIC STRIPE (TAPE), TEMPORARY TRAFFIC STRIPE (PAINT), PLASTIC TRAFFIC DRUMS, PORTABLE RADAR SPEED FLASHBACK SIGN SYSTEM DAY, PORTABLE CHANGEABLE MESSAGE SIGN, TEMPORARY RAILING (TYPE K), ALTERNATIVE TEMPORARY CRASH CUSHION, PREPARE WATER POLLUTION CONTROL PROGRAM, STORM WATER ANNUAL REPORT, TEMPORARY HYDRAULIC MULCH (BONDED FIBER MATRIX), TEMPORARY DRAINAGE INLET PROTECTION, TEMPORARY FIBER ROLL, STREET SWEEPING, TEMPORARY CONCRETE WASHOUT, TREATED WOOD WASTE, CLEARING AND GRUBBING, BONDED FIBER MATRIX , REMOVE CONCRETE PAVEMENT, RAIL ELEMENT WALL, STRUCTURAL CONCRETE, BARRIER SLAB, PLACE PORTLAND CEMENT CONCRETE DIKE (TYPE C), PLACE PORTLAND CEMENT CONCRETE DIKE (TYPE F), FENCE (TYPE WM, METAL POST), 16\' WIRE MESH GATE, MIDWEST GUARDRAIL SYSTEM (STEEL POST), TRANSITION RAILING (TYPE WB-31), ALTERNATIVE IN-LINE TERMINAL SYSTEM, CONCRETE BARRIER (TYPE 842B), REMOVE GUARDRAIL, REMOVE CONCRETE BARRIER, REMOVE METHYL METHACRYLATE TRAFFIC STRIPE (WATER BLASTING), 12\" RUMBLE STRIP (CONCRETE PAVEMENT), 6\" METHYL METHACRYLATE PAINT TRAFFIC STRIPE (RECESSED), 6\" METHYL METHACRYLATE PAINT TRAFFIC STRIPE (RECESSED, BROKEN 36-12), 8\" METHYL METHACRYLATE PAINT TRAFFIC STRIPE (RECESSED), LOCATING AND MAPPING UNDERGROUND FACILITIES, and FIBER OPTIC CONDUIT. RHB intends to negotiate in Good Faith with all qualified DBE subcontractors and Suppliers for project participation. Any item of work, portion of an item or combination thereof will be considered. A 100% Payment and Performance bond may be required, as well as insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting Caltrans requirements. A current, valid California contractors license and a DIR# are necessary. Assistance with Bonding, Insurance, Lines of Credit, Materials, Equipment and supplies is available. Also, the project plans and specifications are available to be viewed at our office or by contacting the above Project Manager with questions or to receive copies of the Plans and Specifications. All subcontractors will be required to sign the Standard RHB Subcontract Agreement.
