Consists of 4 individual projects combined into single project. Work consists of the following: Ag Center: Removal & relocation of 8 existing tennis courts, new fire water & utility services, grading, paving & drainage, bldg. pad construction, landscaping, new 4,240 sqft. pre-eng steel barn, coordination of 4,500 sqft. owner provided modular classroom/restroom bldg. & connection to new site utilities, including install fire alarm & low volt system w/in portable bldg. Culinary: Construction of 6,360 sqft. new stand-alone bldg. including 2 teaching kitchens & 1 demo classroom, assoc site work & landscaping. Engineering Academy: Construction of 1,655 sqft. New vocational shop space & upgrade of 5,425 sqft. of existing classroom space, install of owner-provided CNC milling machines, outdoor work canopy, site work & landscaping. Portable Relocation: Relocate 3 existing on-site portable classrooms & 1 onsite admin portable to 2 separate locations on H.S campus, new bldg. pads, accessible ramps, landings, stairs, new power & low volt systems connected to existing infrastructure.
