SCOPE 1: Frederiksen ES Modernization Phase II (See App 01-118543) Demo/removal of existing campus structures & related utilities; Site improvements to existing campus. Construction of new single story Admin. Bldg. A & Library Bldg. P Construction of new Shade Structures #1 & #2. Construction of new covered walkways. SCOPE 2: EDCC Enviroplex Modular Building (See APP 01-118869) Enviroplex shall be responsible for placing foundation walls, rat slab & modular bldg. build-out & install. G.C. shall be responsible for all other related work including but not limited to site work, grading & certified pad, hauling soils offsite, flatwork, site utility hook ups (electric, water, fire water, sanitary sewer, etc.), storm water & drainage under building, fire alarm & low voltage. SCOPE 3: Interim Housing Relocatable Buildings (See DSA Submittal) Mobile Modular shall be responsible for (N) P8 & P9 modular bldg. interior build-out & install of modular bldg. & accessible ramps to pad ready site. G.C. shall be responsible for all other related work for P8 & P9 including but not limited to site prep to receive wood foundation portable buildings & accessible ramps, site utility hook ups (electric, water, sanitary sewer, etc.), fire alarm & low voltage. G.C. shall be responsible for relocation of existing transformer from (E) portable bldg. P4 to P3 prior to P4 demo, tenant improvements to (E) P1 & P3 portable bldg. including but not limited to site utility hook ups (electrical, water, sanitary sewer, etc.) & install of fire alarm & low voltage.
