The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to hire a single qualified contractor to provide pest control services for all pests (exclusive of termites) including mice, rats, roaches, water bugs, silverfish, ants, fleas, etc. for various City-owned and/or City-operated facilities. Work shall be in accordance with all specifications, terms, and conditions herein. The contract shall cover the period from November 1, 2022, through October 31, 2023. The City reserves the option to renew this contract for four (4) additional one-year periods ending October 31, 2027. Questions due 5 days prior to bid date.
