Media Borough is soliciting bids online via PennBid for the maintenance, repair, and remediation of the Armory Building Borough for roof, capping, masonry, drainage / downspout facilities and appurtenances. The bid primarily includes the maintenance of roof and drainage related facilities, and included concrete sidewalks and ramps, other miscellaneous concrete and masonry elements throughout the site as needed. The Armory Building is located at 12 East State Street and houses Trader Joes and the PA Veteran’s Museum. Coordination with these tenants will be required with this project. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
