The meeting will be held at Milliken Water Treatment Plant at 630 Chaparral Circle, Napa, CA 94558. The site is a gated access road to the treatment plant, and the tour will begin at 09:00 a.m. Timely arrival is encouraged to ensure the escort will be available for access.

Trades: A&E Professional Services: Architecture, Engineering, Consulting & Planning

Description: The City requires Water Engineering Professional Services (“Services”) to design upgrades to the Milliken Treatment Plant (MTP). The Upgrades will consist of the following elements: Assess winter flow availability based on watershed hydrology and existing reservoir overflow during the rainy season, generally December through May or when the reservoir is in a passive spill condition. Condition Assessment of the existing plant as outlined in Attachment C. Alternative Analysis of design technologies through a water quality analysis as outlined in Attachment C. A Technical Memorandum that outlines design of the plant improvements including cost estimates per Attachment C. Design of upgrades to the existing seasonal direct filtration capabilities to treat year-round source water per Attachment C. Notice of Selection date: August 29, 2023. Council Approval and Award date: September 5, 2023. Commence Services date: September 14, 2023. Questions or objections relating to the RFP, the attachments hereto, the RFP procedures, or the required Services must be submitted by 5:00 p.m., July 31st, 2023 via Public Purchase.
