All labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide renovation services at 70 Bunner St. Oswego County requires the successful contracting firm to furnish all labor and equipment as it pertains to renovation work at the county’s building located at 70 Bunner St, Oswego, NY. Abatement work will be required by a licensed abatement contractor prior to the beginning of any work on site. In addition, the scope of this project will include but is not limited to the following: • General construction, mechanical, electrical and plumbing construction for the renovation of the first and second floor of the county building at 70 Bunner Street to be used for the Board of Elections, Office for the Aging, and Public Defender departments. • New exterior windows and doors • Building additions in the Board of Elections department. • Associated site work at the new Board of Elections loading dock and entrance. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
