Work location is the 174th Attack Wing (174 ATKW), 6001 East Molloy Road, Syracuse, New York 13211 on Hancock Field Air National Guard Base. Contractor shall work only in the areas designated by the Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). Install new corrugated/galvanized steel culvert pipe and insert it into the existing culvert pipe that will be abandon in place.
