The Board of County Commissioners of Garrett County, Maryland will accept sealed bids for fire prevention systems services for various County owned locations as specified. The contractor shall perform inspections of Garrett County fire protection systems and equipment, such as alarm systems, sprinkler systems, hood suppression systems, fire pumps, fire extinguishers and monitoring in accordance with nationally recognized industry standards including the National Fire Protection Association, local ordinances and codes and provide written documentation of all test results for the equipment and systems outlined herein. The contract period for this bid shall be from December 1, 2023 through November 30, 2024, renewable. Questions will be entertained until 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, September 26, 2023. Bonds required.
